Restaurant Chain Donating to Katrina Relief Fund
Hey, everyone! Lone Star Steakhouse and Saloon will be donating 100% percent of its sales made this Monday, September 5th, 2005 to Hurricane Katrina Relief funds. This will be the total sales from 308 RESTAURANTS! They include 267 Lone Star Steakhouse and Saloon restaurants, 15 Sullivan's Steakhouse restaurants, 6 Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steak House restaurants, and 20 Texas Land and Cattle Steakhouse restaurants. Jamie B. Coulter, the CEO, stated, "We believe this contribution will be substantially more than one million dollars.." Please show your support by visiting one of the restaurants on Monday. I am relaying this information to all of you as a server from the Texas Land and Cattle restaurant in located in Albuquerque. Thanks in advance for everyone's support.
We will also be having a few specials going on then. In addition to our happy hour from 4-7PM, will we be offering all-you-can-eat Smoked Sirloin on Monday.
One more thing..haha.. We're not demanding that you come in and order $30 entrees. Anything, even just appetizers and drinks will be helpful to the cause. It all adds up after all.

Airflow is my life
Awsome! I'd like to thank Carraba's, BK, Subway and the other resturants that provided free lunch for the workers and victims at the local Red Cross chapter this long 3 day weekend. Which we spent helping the refugees who have made their way to our city. As caseworkers, my wife and I were heartbroken by the stories, but hopefully they can get their lives back on track soon. Lots of good people are there to help ease the suffering and help the other good people, fellow americans and neighbors who needs us in their darkest hour.
Carraba's brought a truck with grills and stuff and made chicken marsala and ziti and fresh garden salad. It was
But what will taste even better is a nice bowl of gumbo or jambalaya served hot in NOLA. It will happen, they will be back.
