Just to give you guys a heads up on whats going on. Rotary RX has been hard at work trying to organize a list of sponsers for Rotorfest 2005 in order to insure a good time for all. They even tossed around ideas of bringing on Red Bull and Krispy Kreme Donuts Tom says he is expecting around a hundered people to show up (hopefully most with RX's ), but if that many don't show up that means more food for us . So make sure to get down to Albuquerque on the 11th!!

Ah man I was looking forward to seeing your car Its allright though cmjaure next year you will have to come up for sure. There will also be intermittent gatherings so perhaps you can still come up some time this year. As far as any cruises being planned I do not belive that is in the current itinerary, but nothing is out of the question. If everyone would like to take a nice run up tramway for example I think we could fit that in

I don't know if I'll be able to make it. My car crapped out Friday night at an autocross. Me thinks the injectors have had it. Luckily, Tommy said the replacement set should be in this week sometime. That's where the car sits now til it can start again.

Four flat tires. . . . bad.
So, I'll be making the trip in my Mazda 323 hatch, white. I THINK there's still six of us coming up, we'll find out that day
Peace till then.

I can't wait for the BBQ. I just started my new job here on campus and it makes it even harder now to go stop by the shop. I work everyday. But hey I get to surf the web and post like I'm doing now at work! HEHE. I'll see you all on saturday for sure. I think a cruise wouldn't be a bad idea at all. However I have heard there are a crapload of cops on montgomery now that summer's in so tramway wouldn't be bad of an idea.

ya there are a ton on montgomery, a big pack of rx7's would probably cause a lot of attention from the cops. so i would say a nice little sunset drive on tramway/the freeways could be fun.

Hey All-
I'm a Die Hard Rotor Head, but I've never posted on this section of the Forum. I'm working this summer at Los Alamos, and I'm very interested in comming to the BBQ on Saturday.
I've had 3 FC's, my current one is a 89 TII, w/ Pineapple Racing motor, Hybrid turbo, S-AFC, 720 cc's all the way around, KYB/Eibach suspension, N-1 Exhaust, and a bunch of goodies to go on when I have time. However, I was not able to bring my RX-7 down to LANL for the summer, so I'm in a (don't hate me) red Civic LX 5 speed. Not fast, but cheap.
I've been on the FC3S_Org yahoo list , and others, since 1997, so I've been around the rotory community for a while. I've been involved in the San Diego RX-7 Club, the North Carolina RX-7 club, and now I'm looking forward to meeting up with the NM RX-7 club.
Anyway, just wanted to let you all know I'm comming, and I'm looking forward to meeting you all.

Thanks, I'm also looking forward to meeting you and your bf... I mean Chris. BTW, I like the signature, as my gf will only drive stick also. Alas, hers is a Jetta 1.8T, not as cool as an FD, but at least it has a turbo! I'm impressed that a lady so young has such good taste in cars!
See you all then!
