Yesterday motivated me guys. I made a little more progress in pulling stuff out in preparations for the engine pull while junior was napping.

I then cleaned up all the parts I removed making them shiny and new again. I cannot figure out where my oil leak is coming from. I think every possible oil fitting is leaking based on the oil everywhere. There is no rhyme or reason to it, just grime everywhere. I'm glad I'm just rebuilding it.

Thanks Chris!

I will be very similar in mods to you when I'm finished.

Slight changes for me will be 1200 cc secondaries (Thanks BILL!) Rotary Extreme BNR Vmount setup, AEM coils, Howard Coleman build/port and most likely Adaptronic ECU. I may or may not scrounge up enough money for the BNRs this summer. Time will tell. I have unused stuff to flip. I really want to shoot roughly what you are putting down.

Let me know when you guys are doing an autox, I'd love to come up and get a ride along in yours to get an idea of what it's like!

For those who were there to witness my slipping clutch, smoking tailpipe, and OEM radiator, I have since started repairs. Adam sold and delivered this PM, a near new N-flow Koyo wich I installed about an hour after deliverery. Started removal of turbo piping and discovered impeller blades were missing pieces and found about .100" side play on turbine shaft. Blades are a mystery to me since I have always been filtered. I can only hope blade frags are stuck in the intercooler.

Yikes Dave, glad the radiator works out for you. I got to imagine the fragments are in the IC or you would have noticed by now. Are you just going to rebuild/replace the CHRA?

New clutch and turbo kit should be here mid week. Probably won't be up and running until mid May. I have a couple of back yard projects to finish first.
