I saw your FD several weeks ago in Rapid City. I was coming back from my yearly Yellowstone trip. I was staying at the KOA in town. It is a good looking FD. I also saw an S5 vert with sportmax wheels for sale. I dont remember the location.....But it was a good looking vert. BTW I am from WI, aprox. 30 miles north of Madison.

I have a very nice suspension setup on there now and it hadles like a dream. and the couple i kept blowing off wasnt even a boost line it was the vaccum side for the turbo but nuthin two hose clamps couldnt fix

UB, so youre thinking of getting rid of your rx and work on an 89 Luda,,,,trust me you will be very displeased in that, crap dont rod the shat out of the 7 and keep it a cruiser not every car has to be a tarmac trackstar to get respect, shat i havent even raced mine what so ever and i have lots of respect, its crazy how many people complement it saying its a nice car and the thing is only primered with no body work done to it, me i would just keep it a cruiser, if youre sick of crap breaking on ya just something to be like ya i have one, and with the lude its what a 600 dollar car maybe 1000 if its a nice SI, there probably be alot of custom fab work to do on that old of a vehicle, it could be done and ya im partial to them body styles as well, sleek for a square car,

ill never be displeased with my prelude.... i love the body lines, interior options, and the awesome stock suspension setups..... iam a bigger guy and i hate to say it but there isnt much interior room in an Rx7 for a guy like me...... also i like to be different... there isnt to many 3rd gen preludes in our local area that are modded.... plus the satisfaction i get as i run in the autox coarse when i loose to a modded evo or sti, by only 3 seconds.... idk about you but those cars are in the high 300hp range and iam topping out at 135... its just a great feeling..... this is why i like my car... this pic (below) was in the www.preludepower.com's 2008 calendar of over 19,500+ board members.... it got selected and i was very proud of myself.... and now iam starting from square one as i build one as i want to with a decent budget (after the 7 is sold)

ya it is a nice lude but keep the 7 and just mod the lude, y sell something just to do another when you can have both, hey buck is that your house LOL JK man, what other plans you got for the lude whatcha going to change on it engine swap/bodykit/sus/ what give us an idea
#120
this lude is done for and will soon be down for the count....
on my new project car iam gonna do a F22a1 swap from the 90-93 accord (never been done but H22 is common swap for 3rd gens).... gonna slap on a T3/T04 60-1 and push 15psi on a stock block (indeed an iron block woot) ive got a complete 4 wheel steering setup to install on this car as well... as far as body kit goes... thats a no no for me.... id much rather install a 94 accord side skirts and rear skirt... also plan on caging this car and use it strictly for track/autox... i think i might paint the car a flat army green... tint out the windows, tint the tails and corner lights.... we shall see

Well, got to take the FD out for a little bit on the 4th when I went to my grandparents. My step-mother cried when she saw it as it was the first time it's been driven since my brother died. It really needs a tuning, along with some other things to finish putting her completely back together. Found out the 5th synchro is bad, grinds a bit every time. Definitely need a new hood that fits better, and maybe even some latches to keep it down. The one on it now fits like *** and lifts really bad. I had to pull over just to double check it was down all the way. Everyone else have a good 4th?

Anyone here interested in picking up and autocross car? The guy that built my RX2 has a 79 RX7 for sale. I don't know much about it, but here goes. 12A with either a bridge port or a periphial (sp?) port, and some spares. Selling for $1000.00. I will be talking to Jerry tomorrow and I will get some more details. Let me know.
