Scam RX7 on craigslist

Don't know if anyone saw the add for a built rx-7 on craigslist in Chicago. The price was pretty darn cheap so I was a little weary. Anyways, the add is down and here is the response I got. This is definitely a scam.

"Hello,
First of all, I want to tell you that the car is in
perfect cosmetic and engine condition, and
meticulously maintained. No damage, no hidden defects,
never been into accidents or car race. The car has
clear title and it is free of encumbrances and liens.
You will get from me the keys and all documents to
register it in your name, and also bill of sale on
your name and signed by me. I'm selling it at a low
price because I am planning to open a business in
Spain, where I also live now because i moved here.
Unfortunately, the car is in New York at the shiping
company, so the delivery process works faster. The
price I'd like to get for this beauty is $5,200.
Because it is a large transaction we will complete the
deal only through a third party SafePay Department
this way we will both be protected. If you agree with
these , please reply me and I will be more than glad
to provide you with further information how to
purchase the car asap.My best wishes and I'm waiting
your response."

Why would the car be in new york if he's in spain and lived in chicago? Exchange cash for keys only.

He moved with the attorney from Kenya where my long lost non-relative died. In the trunk is the $15M US that you could get too.
