Overland park ks - Anyone able to lend a hand

Ok, I purchased a 93 auto rx7 from a guy in Houston that said the car wasnt running and believed it needed a neutral safety switch/other ignition problems. My buddy (a toyota mechanic) and I put the pettit booster on the car to get it to actually start cranking but it wont fire. The guy who I bought it from said that he more than likely flooded it and recommended doing a deflood procedure. Ive taken all the plugs out, removed fp fuse and egi fuse, cranked motor with a known working battery while on a charger then installed new plugs with atf fluid in the bottom spark plug hole of each rotor, got it all back together and even though the engine turns over faster its still not starting. I will mention that when the plugs were out (we dont have a compression tester) the air coming out of the front rotor was noticably less powerful than the rear rotor.

The car has these mods to my knowledge:

Air intake
Full exhaust
Apexi PFC dyno tuned
Viper alarm system with Remote start
Greddy Turbo Timer
I do know hes replaced at least 2 550cc injectors
Rebuilt motor 30k miles ago
Stock twins ran at 10 psi

I know theres a few more things I could check with a voltage meter but honestly this is my first fd and I dont want to do anything worse to the car by not knowing it. Is there anyone in the area that would be willing to give me a hand for some cash?

It is better for you to compression test the motor it sounds like the motor is low compression and for an automatic it is a pain to drive a rotary with low compression. Pm me your # and I'll tell Poncho to check it out for you, he lives in Overland Park.
