Need some Help in Kansas City

When I first wrote that I had just moved here a couple people mentioned that they could help with an engine swap. I didn't think I would be doing one but now it looks like I am.

If some people can possibly help me out here in 2-3 weeks I would be very appreciative. I'll supply the food and drinks or whatever. I haven't done an engine swap before but am really looking forward to this. Hopefully this will put me above the 300hp bar.

You can contact me anytime at 816-527-3174.

Sounds like a rally point, Have you got space for a small motorhome camper for 2 days?
LOL

I don't really know what you got planned or what parts you have, but I done lots of V8 piston swapps and some rotary work like drop the tranny and install the clutchy etc...!

I have all of this coming hopefully.

*ENGINE*
-s4 longblock - 30-40k miles, good compression, starts everytime. no smoke

--HKS t04e bolt on kit--

-Garrett t04e turbo - a/r50, exh .83 internaly gated

-HKS cast manifold for t04

-3" DP

-HKS - fmic - made to work with ps/ac and stock bumper. no cutting required

-HKS - turbo elbow with 2 injector slots, "includes injectors"

-low mileage turbo tranny-

-almost brand new clutch- stock spec-

-HKS style bov

-stock s5 oil cooler

-short-shifter - can't remember brand

*Electronics*

-HKS pfc f-con tuned for current setup

-HKS sbc - "electronic boost controller"

-HKS aic - "additional injector controller"

-HKS evc- "electronic valve controller" Boost scrambler - ups boost for a few seconds with the push of a button which is included

-Knight Sports - fbcd - "fuel boost cut defender"

I have tools but I don't have any jacks. And I live at an apartment complex.

I can also trade some parts for some help.
I will have a S5 13bt with a blown apex seal, TII tranny, a couple of clutches, s4 starter, s4 *new alternator, s4 turbo throttle body, and possibly an s5 lightweight flywheel.

I'm not trying to get a freebie or anything I just don't have the money to pay someone to do it andwould much rather enjoy the process of learning and being able to say I did it. I haven't got to wrench on a car in a while so I kind of miss it.

I'm just a fellow 7 owner that hates to see his 7 on the brink of dying.

And! I do have room for a camper!

Those are the items I could have. I need you guys to let me know if you need or want any of that so I can tell them wether or not to ship those items because they add a lot of weight on.

Here's a thread where some people take about a few freight companies:
