Sounds like a nice find Phil! What year is it?

You will need to bring that by the Sonic in Bloomington some Wednesday evening soon when that starts up again so we can see it.

I'll bring my 10th AE. Planning on having the original seats bolstered and the leather completely re-upholstered soon.

86, and besides being stored poorly, it is hands down the least molested FC ever. I am the second owner, purchased from the original owners son. Apparently was parked back in the late 80's and sat until I found it.

Still makes compression, coolant system on the keg holds pressure. Just bringing the rest of the systems back has been the challenge /wallet breaker.

85% done bringing it back to life. (hopefully in a week)

I will try and swing it up there at some point. But after work, I rather sip on some beers whilst tinkering in my garage .

My 87 base will be coming back to life tonight. bringing it out of storage. But my base is a turd I got for free.

Correct you are.

Dunno if my gxl will be ready in time for the first meet, but my base is rocking again, and also soon to be for sale.

Is there anyone on here who was a member of the old Northstar Rotary Rockets?

I may have a few trinkets lying around my garage that belong to the old group.

Sure, I remember the group. We had a few worthwhile events.

Hate to admit it, but could use a hand tracking down wiring issues leading to no idle. My multimeter stopped reading resistance, so if you could bring one along that would be great. Beer is always cold at my place.

I can pull any part/sensor from my running FC to make the new one go vroom vroom again.

I'm selling my RX7. Some of you have seen it but I've listed it on craigslist as well as here. I hate to see it go but I've moved to Texas for my wife's job and it can't come with.

If you or someone you know is interested it is a really clean car with some fun mods.

Give me a call if you want details or see the as on the forum.

I really wish I could keep the car but 1600 miles is a long ways and it still in Mn.

Minus the pinstripe and wheels, and mines equally as clean Hope it goes to a good home. After tonight, if I can't sort out my idle issues, I will need a hand for sure. Surely someone wants to see a 34k original mile unmolested FC back on the road right?

Yes. I was a member. I know Jim (former president) is still in the area as well though I hear he is selling his fb.

I bought an '83 GSL back in Feb. from a guy up in the Forest Lake area. Its in OK condition, absolutely no rust though. Currently being prepped for summer use, then she'll get some resto work in the winter.

I'm about 10-15 minutes south of Saint Paul.

Since people keep PM/emailing/etc I want to let everyone know we are booked until NEXT spring time. We are planning on opening another location, and hiring more people this winter. I have my eyes on people for most of the positions, but I might still need an experienced fabricator.

the gxl runs again and is back on the ground after a 20 year slumber. Purring like a kitten. Should be able to head to sonic again after I get some tires. Tires are bald and dry rotted/barely hold pressure. Which is a shame because this thing is CLEAN! And I want to drive it something fierce.

**** box base with a truckload of parts for sale $800 firm, get it out of my life. I need tire money. over $2k in part out value.
