Car looks great Rob. I can't wait to see it on the street.
Hey Gohan,
What'd you think of my awesome 2nd to 5th shift against the Evo on the kick? LOL. It appears I need some more practice time on my new shifter. :P
I have a hunch 2nd-3rd-4th might have been a little better for me...

I forgot to put in the 10.5 plugs
I have a hunch it might be the coils too...
How much power are the guys with stock ls1 coils making?
I forgot to ask you.
and so much for being nice to the n/a diff huh?

LOL, yeah, the shift light hit, and I smacked it straight into 5th. LOL. I pulled it back out into 3rd, but there was no hope at that point. I figured, meh, **** the diff, we'll see how long it lasts... I'm doubting very long, since it wheel hopped like crazy on the dig.
Stock LS1 coils are good for well into the 1000+ wheel HP range, actually. I'm still sputtering a little bit on the shifts (when I hit the right gear...), but it's an overfueling issue, my spark is pretty good.
So the plugs are breaking it up? At least that's a relatively cheap and easy fix.
Just make sure you let everyone know that an Evo whooped my ***, maybe then I can a few more races.
I definitely need to get my spray hooked up too, but I figure learning to shift is more important.

digitalsolo- I was probably going to do a 4 speed auto because its gonna be cheaper to find a auto tranny then a 5/6 speed manual. I just have to find time to start working on it and save some money as well

No one seems to be biting anywhere on my shell, so, anyone interested in parts?
I have:
GAB Struts (adjustables) + Eibach pro kit - ~9500 miles
TII brakes w/ rebuilt calipers + slotted rotors on 5 lug hubs - 4000 miles
TII Hood (aluminum)
Complete grey interior minus center console surround and seats (or I can provide stock GXL seats in cloth)
S5 trim
S5 Tail Lights
S5 rear bumper (great shape)
S5 front bumper (small crack near FTPs)
All Suspension parts
I'm not really too keen on parting out a clean FC, but hey, if no one wants it for 1k, I can part it out and make 1500 bucks on the pieces.
