I'll be at work, but if I get off early enough I'll go. I normally don't get back home until around 1:00 a.m. though from work.

I don't have my 7 up and running yet either. I'll be coming in with a Jetta instead, or as I like to call it - the *** wagon.

Oh I popped it right before winter. I've got my 12a torn apart and cleaned. Just need to find the time between work and packing my **** up for my move into my house to do the port work so that once I do move into my house I can put the engine back together, and drop it in. Then its suspension work time, which is why I bought the Jetta. Have something to drive while I rework my FB, although I'm considering a trade in on some other German car. One that is *** backwards, if you get what I am saying.

I wanted to head down there, but **** worked out where I have a final exam that evening. I'll be out early, but I still need bigger injectors now that I'm boosting 1 bar anyways soo. I'd feel like a punk driving down there and not running it. Hopefully I can get thse in for next months rice competion er show er whatever.

I'm powdercoating stuff. But I 'm still using a conventional oven so as long as they are not too large we can work on something.

powder coating wheels is a bad idea..

especially if they will be used in competitive driving.

Soon, soon.

My struts won't be here until next week, and my passenger rear is completely failed (as in, strut rod is sharing space with my rear speaker tower), so it doesn't exactly launch well. I've got a band-aid on it (figuratively, not literally), so that it's drivable, but I'm not going to put much stress on it until I get the GAB setup in.

I think I might have killed my 7" rear also; I've got a 3.90 setup waiting, just have to get up the gumption to replace the clutches in it and drop the rear of my car. It runs fine as is, but it's definitely not long for this world. It's almost like a peg-leg N/A rear doesn't like 400 lbs of torque.

I need to respray my hood too, but that doesn't really effect it's track capability.

They're typically ok if you bring the heat up/down slowly (for street use). I'm with you 100% on the track use. That's why they make spray paint.

18's won't fit. I would agree with Chuck on the PC'ing wheels but only if they are light weight or intended for racing.
