i done the TB mod to mine for the turbo and ported it and port matched the lower and upper manis but i didnt think you want smooth flow?? i thought the more turbulent the better?? https://www.rx7club.com/1st-generation-specific-1979-1985-18/cutting-grooves-intake-manifold-555308/ thats a thread in the 1st gen section.

do tell why you want a "smooth" flow??
I think you need to start a project note-book...
create some sort of goal.. and form certain formulae for the car you plan to build... instead of just throwing a bunch of stuff together..

well im not to concered right now, i dont plan on relaly touching the car until spring time so that gives me time to throw my thoughts together and get a good direction i wanna start going to, first and formost i have to do a few things to the geo that has to come first before i start digging into the 7

and i figured a smooth flow would allow the air to run through slighty faster, although the faster it goes through i might get less air and might have to retard the timing some, i dunno wish i had a flow bench, would be alot easier, time to start researching airflow and such

im gettin 2 fridges and one will be the normal one for food and beer and the other will be for my keg and im gonna run a line from the keg in the fridge to a tap in my kitchen.......
