The forecast calls for 40% of precipitation all day until about 4:00pm.
It drops to 30%, then 20% by 7:00pm.
I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
Muncie track officials are super lazy, and if the track doesn't dry off within 5mins of them trying, they'll close.
