no spark on ltx12

running a 20b with fd coils. i have power to all 6 coils but no ground pulse. i checked continuity on the ground wires to the back of the ecu and they are fine.
power stays on while cranking but no ground on other wire.

i measured resistance on CAS according to FSM and it is within spec. i did noticed how ever all 4 wires have no power goin to CAS. im under the impression that 2 should be power but arent getting any. neither key on or while cranking. on checked straight on the back of the ecu and same thing, no power to those wires.

any ideas?

the CAS is passive,, it generates its own reluctor signal with movement

check the error codes for home or ref error,, methinks its not seeing the CAS well

what rpm display do you get whilst cranking?

Dont need to do any of that rubbish.

When you are cranking the car.

You should get a flashing ORANGE light on your ecu.
If you do then your CAS is working fine.

If you dont then you have a CAS or CAS wiring problem.

WHat FD coils are you using?

Your computer is a ltx12 direct fire ecu? How are you using FD coils?

I'm sorry it must be re coils. Leading and trailing.
While cranking I'm getting a solid green, orange flashing, and red light flashing slowly.

Show me a pic of your coil pack setup.

Your ecu SHOULD BE USING 6 HEC 715 COILPACKS or 6 TRAILING FC Coilpacks(with no ignitor)

its coil packs with 2 wire connectors.

have you checked that all coils are getting 12v?
If they are getting 12v.

Then sounds like you have burnt ignitors and that means ecu needs to be sent back to aus.

they are getting 12vs with key on and while cranking.
no ground pulse to any 6 coil packs, or back of ecu.

Like i said if the orange light if flashing on crank on the unit it self their is a crank signal and if your still not getting spark your ignitors are dead.

i would be getting ecu repaired and getting 6 bosch hec 715 coils. Pm me i can do both.

I just received my Ltx12 from microtech, it was reconfigured for my 13b and I'm getting the same problem. We checked all wiring 100 times and still no orange flashing. We installed it on my friends rx7 with the same running setup I have and it didn't work. This really sucks I guess I have to send it back to AUS. Also I'm using MDS blasters
