    ok, so you have a 3rd gen motor? I was just talking to my good friend and we were thinking about putting a 3rd gen motor, tranny, and diff in my se. Would this be fit in a 1st gen with out to much more work? Plus i want to get 400hp, so i was wanting to bridgeport it. but you say i shouldn't? why not? how else can i get 400hp? i was goin to bridgeport it and put a big turbo on it. thanks for the help.

    From what I've read Racing Beat, Jim Downing and company have been running no split since the 1980's and winning endurance race's. The issue I think is that you can't run alot of timing with no split.
