Project Genesis update: By changing almost everything and setting a new TPS... We finally found the idle again. Now we are working with the blowermotors.

Project Genesis update: Did get the engine idling, fixed the leaks (most of them) then we lost the idle again... Now trying to get it working again...

In any day now, first start of the overhauled engine.

Project GENESIS update: Currently searching for "cheap" ways to do complete overhaul.
Rotors need to be machined for 3mm apex seals. Rear, center and front plates need to be lapped. New rotor housings required.

OR everything needs to be replaced, if machining is out of option...
We shall see...

Project GENESIS update: Engine out and disassembled. Engine condition, bad. Very bad.
Cause of condition, chipped/shattered apex seal.

Project GENESIS update: Engine 90 % stripped. I faced a problem with 2 oil nozzles. They require 14mm wrench that has very thin walls. Now I have to either mod one of my wrenches or buy a new one...

Today begins the long waited overhaul on my FC.
It has been 1,5 years since I have driven the car. I had to build a garage on my parents yard to have facilities where to do this. And finally tonight begins PROJECT GENESIS.
