Why doesn't megatune display o2 input

OK. I'm still having funky problems with my ride.

#1 My fan output always worked with ms1extra. I had it on just about all of the outputs. I know it worked on JS0 tho for example, and also x4.

I put my ms2 chip in, and.

IF SC12 to JS9 is bridged its always on
IF SC12 to JS9 is open, then it will never turn on.

It has me really baffled. It was doing it weeks ago. Then I did some stuff and it stopped. Then the other day I tried MS2extra 2.0.1 and that didn't go to well. So I put 1.0.2 back on, and the fan output is back to being weird.

I'm also well aware that IAC1A and IAC1B are inverted copies of each other, and I'm also aware that in Megatune IAC1 and IAC2 have their labels the wrong way around.

#2 I remembered that with MS1extra (029y4'ish) the o2 would be locked on the lowest value when not connected to anything, and would always show the AFR for whatever the wb02 sensor was reading at the time.

I had MS2extra1.0.2 on at the time, my LC-1 cablibrated and set to 10:1-20:1,0v-5v settings on both outputs. It was plugged in and warmed up, yet megatune was still displaying 14.7:1. The car wasn't running but the ecu was powered up as was the wideband. Connecting to the Innovate software showed 20+:1 AFR( to be expected with the o2 sensor sitting in free air). I measured the voltage on the output wire, 5v or near enough. So the LC-1 is working fine.

Then I put 0v and 5v on the o2 pin, no change in o2 reading. So I changed in my ms1 chip, and sure enough it showed if i put 5v on the pin I would get an appropriate o2 reading in megatune.

What would cause this? I'm worried I have a dead pin on my ms2 cpu.

I've had a trace within the PCB go bad on me for the fuel pump. No idea how, but one day it was working fine, the next it wasnt and I followed it back to the trace from the MS1 pin to the rest of the circuit. The circuit layouts for each sub-circuit are online, it might be worthwhile to compare notes.

Yeah its crazy!

I already ruled out that possibility by subbing in my MS1 chip and getting working readings. So the board is fine, and I've removed the wideband from the equation, for now I will be happy if it displays 10:1 when I put 0v on the o2 pin, and 20:1 when I put 5v on the o2 pin.

I can't even get the ms2 chip system to do this :S

Well the fan output is working again no idea why!

My tune isn't too bad by feel but I really can't make it any better without getting this wb02 going.

Hmm it is working.

I just did a few hours of autotune with MLV.
