GA Tuner Studio help

So I am getting this set up. I need fuel only at the moment. Do I need no skip pulses and rising edge?

I am using negative side of leading coil to trigger the tach, so I have it listed as 1 coil.

There should be a fuel-only setting. Just use that for now until you're ready to run ignition. Skip pulses just gives the RPM on cranking a chance to become stable before fuel is squirted (if you're in fuel-only mode). Triggering off the coil negative, I'd use 1 or 2 for that. Any more and the startup will take considerably longer.

Ken, I am not receiving a tach signal. The tach worked before fine off the negative side of the coil before I updated firmware. I have tried rising and falling edges. Any ideas?

Did you reboot the MS before it started working?

I think it was because I had megatune and tunerstudio both open at the same time. I don't know. I had rebooted the ecu several times. That is the first rule of electronic repair...Start over with the on switch.

I sent the injectors off for ultrasonic cleaning today. I ordered a new rectifier for the alternator as well. I hope to have it back together early next week. In other words, I will leave you alone til then.

Thanks
