My head hurts... I guess Im not that smart after all
I always wanted to do a half bridge on a nē2 12A I have.
overlap, low vacuum, hard starts...
add 4 bike carbs with no choke, and you have a very poor daily driver.
cheaper than 4 mikunis or keihin, are 4 bike individual throttle bodies
I have enough skills to make the manifold, so thats not an issue
I got a set of 40mm honda cbr 600 rr ITBs for 25 bucks! They come with fuel ramps, tps, and 8 injectors.
Issue Nē1: Not even the factory manual tells me how much those Denso injectors flow. They are probably 240cc
Issue Nē2: One set of injectors, is on the tbs after the butterfly. The second set, acts as "shower" injector from above the tb. Im planning on using injector bungs on the manifold. But...... I cant figure out how should I set the MS to handle staged injection with 8 injectors....
So... anyone has any idea on how to wire them and configure the MS?

Pretty sure you will use them as 2 banks of 4.
4 of them will be primaries and 4 will be secondaries. You will wire the 4 which you wish the engine to idle off on injector channel 1, and the other 4 on injector channel 2. You set up the scaling factors, and tell the mega that you want to stage at x rpm and x load. Below staging you will be using injector channel 1, above you will be using injector channel 2.
If they are all high impedance, measure them with a multi, above about 12 or so ohms each, and you should be able to just wire the injector -ve's in a batch straight to the ecu pin.
You should do some research on how ms handles 4 high impedance injectors on one bank.

if u need larger injecotrs for the cbr itb.. iv heard that honda s2000 injectors fit right in.
iv thought about using them 2 but i wasnt going to use all the injectors it had. i was gonna leave the primary where it was and just use 2 of the 8 injectors as secondaries
