Triggering from the coil is the most basic setup and works fine.
You car is probably stalling due to fuel issues. Disable the after start enrichment by setting the "cycles" to 1. Often it floods the engine with fuel and I've never found it necessary on a rotary. Lean out you VE table a bit in the starting and idle range (they always start rich). Set you cranking PW to "Standard" and "10".

im looking at the ( cranking/prime Table )
prime pump when -always or prime pulse>0
fire priming pulse- ( power up ) (Twice ) After 2 secs
priming PW i set it to standard prime
standard priming PW 10 like you said
cranking pulse width temp ( i dont know which one ) ( CLT only ) MAT only ) or CLT,MAT, average
prime pump when -always or prime pulse>0

standard priming PW 10 like you said

Some of these quotes are replies to PMs the OT sent me.
You will find this information in the FAQ sticky. It contains all the settings for the Engine Constants.
The contour plot just allows you to visually see the table represented in a graph. The graph will make it easy to pick out any bad spots but you cannot make adjustments from the plot. Transform table allows you to make changes across the entire table.
Leave the pump prime settings alone. Prime on pulse (the default) is fine.
Fire priming pulse on power up.
The cranking PW should be set to CLT only.
Those are the easiest cranking settings and will generally fire a rotary easily. Once your tune is to the point where the VE table is decent, you can switch to the priming table and really fine tune the priming pulse.
It also looks like you need some basic guidance in tuning. There is an excellent tutorial on the Megasquirt site which will probably answer most of your questions:
