MS2 V3.0 pics or info required

Not sure how many have seen my request in the other thread so I thought I'd do a thread of its own. I need to know what on the board is left Unsoldered ( If you can say what they are according to how they are labelled on the MS website would be great) By that I mean the resistors, capacitors, diodes, you get the picture. Also what on the back side needs to be shorted with what (ie: Shorting the Tach In, to VR) and such ...

Or if you could just snap a couple of high res pictures from the front and back would probably save you some typing time. Thanks

I don't have any here right now that are fully built. I lent the only one I had set up for an rx7 to a friend (who may have lost it).

I'll probably have at least one soon because I'll need it for my own rx7 once I get it fixed mechanically (I've had one running my rx7, but it's got a nasty oil leak and a nasty vacuum leak, so it idles at like 2000 and drips oil everywhere).

I usually test on another friend's fully-stock 7.

Alright here's some pictures of my stuff (You can use some of it in the FAQ if you want too).

So far this is what I've done:

-Basically everything is on there including the Hall sensor. None of the component values of the resistors/ capacitors have been altered from original. If something needs to be changed let me know.

-I've place the 4.7k resistors from the positive side to the negative side from the underside of the board for those LEDs(I think it looks neater than doing it from the top).

-The 3 white wires go from the negative side of the LEDs to the :
IAC2A
IAC2B
IAC1A
all respectively to the LED location

- TachSelect was shorted to VRIN (Can be seen from the underside of the board)

- TSEL was shorted to VROUT (Is this correct or should it be going to the inverted?)

And thats about as far in as I am. I still need to do the LM1815 in the proto area. let me know if everything is looking good so far though. And yes I will be cleaning all the flux with alcohol once I'm done soldering everything

So im going to be going this route and have been doing some reading. This seems to be slightly confusing at first glance but I know I could do it. This easy to build? Basically is everything labeled?

The MS build itself is easy, just follow the instructions on www.megasquirt.info.

Modding the board for the rotary seems to be harder for people, but it's not too difficult.

dj55b: With MS2 you could have VROUT or VROUTINV routed to TSEL... the only difference it'll make is in which edge of the signal you trigger off of in software.
