So I checked all the wiring and it all looked fine, but the hysteresis potentiometer was turned pretty far clockwise. I turned that counterclockwise all the way, and will test in my car tomorrow evening after work.

I've not actually had a chance to try it yet. I've had to work late every day this week so by the time I get home, it's too late to start a loud car in my townhouse neighborhood.
I'll keep you up to date, sorry it's taking so long.

The adapter and wires seemed fine. I tried wiggling them and stuff and couldn't cause any problems.
I did 2 things since I had it here. The first was turning the hysteresis pot on the Ne sensor input to fully counter clockwise (which is what fixed the problem).
I also put a jumper to ground on pin 14 of the lm1815 circuit. This reduces noise on the 2nd trigger, and while you didn't NEED this, it should make starting more reliable if you had noise issues.

Tuning is good so far, messed with the low boost/no boost fuel all day when driving, then tonight I started with the WOT got it holding 10.8-11.3 afr all the way to redline at 13-14 psi. Pulls really strong, although it seems the boost has hit a brick wall at 14 psi, I had the boost controller turned as far as it would go to up the boost and 14 was as high as it would get.
I do have a small exhaust leak between the engine and manifold, that must be holding the boost back...

Now that its becoming colder I have noticed it takes longer to start the car. Its pretty good once its running so I think the after start enrichment is good.
I would assume I need to adjust the cranking settings injector ms for lower temps. Which way should I go with the values to make it richer? Higher or lower ms?
