You don't have to modify the FD trigger setup. Like the FC, it is two reluctors (one for home, one for ref).
I just did some quick searching and found out the FD uses virtually the same setup as the FC. 24 teeth, two home teeth. The difference is that the FD wheel is on the eccentric and not inside a CAS.

I had a 13B-REW running (read that firing up and dying due to the guy who wired it using splices and crimps for everything) with the stock trigger setup. I think one time we got it running well enough to check the timing, and it looked fine.
So on ms1, the settings would be 11,1,5,7 with a trigger angle of 65 deg BTDC.
On MS2, you'd use a tooth #1 angle of 5 deg, and set it up as a 12-tooth crank wheel or a 24-tooth cam wheel with one second trigger per rev.

okey!
I thought the rew had 12 teeth and 1 home.. But okey, i need to do more research.
Last time i did a ms on a FC i had to grind of two teeth on the CAS. This isnt needed anymore? I have read the thread about people that do it without grinding but it doesnt seem that its working 100%? (i might be wrong?!)
Is it good enaugh to just use a standard modyfied MS1 for rotary? and wire it as it is...

You only need to grind teeth off the CAS if you intend on not using the 2nd VR circuit.
I always prefer to use the CAS unmodified as it's easier in terms of replacement and swapping.
Really, you can use almost any trigger arrangement you want...

It does. But you can still set it up the way I said.
it's a "12+1" wheel, and on ms1 you'd set it for 11,1,5,7 with a trigger angle of 65 deg.
on the guy's car that I was working on, the 2nd trigger was quite noisy though. We had to put an extra cap in place before he could get a stable RPM signal.
