I have a 12A that I planned to rebuild but have lost the motivation to do so. I purchased it in unknown condition and tore it down. The rotors, e-shaft, and irons look good, one of the rotor housing had more chrome flake than I liked. I purchased another rotor housing that was in much better condition to use for the rebuild.

I’m willing to sell individual parts or altogether. Just let me know what you want. I also have a few intakes, carburetors, alternators, and an AC compressor. Feel free to shoot me an offer or see if I have something not listed.
