Personally, I think the fender flares and wheels are hideous. The cage on the inside is way overdone too. I guess I just don't like show cars.

it isn't much my style. i mean, they've done great work, i've seen the car in person but i dislike the following:
-humungus *** rims
-the fender flares
-***the head lights***
-and a t2 hood with a front mount turns me off.

just my 2 cents, i know there are a lot of people who love the car

It's not bad, but I think the camber on the wheels is just plain ridiculous.

The headlights and the graphics are the only things I would change myself. For the guy who said the roll cage was overdone, perhaps you need to consider the power this car makes before making such a statement. This is a very conservative tune, remember....according to the owner of the car, it could easly be tuned to make over 700 hp without the nitrous being used. For the sake of comparison, have you ever seen what a NASCAR roll cage looks like? A NASCAR stock car makes about 750 horsepower. With the power available from this setup, that roll cage is NEEDED I would think. unless you dont like living, that is.

I think the car is extremely well crafted. I do think those fender flares should be used for their intended purpose, to fit some extreme rubber in there, not some extreme cambered sub-dubs. Also, we talk about all that horsepower, and the roll cage being necassary, don't you think some bigger brakes would be necassary as well, those brakes look almost as bad under 19's as a Honda Civics stock rear drum. I think an inverted scooped hood would look better than the TII scoop, and less stickers. But it is a shop car, so it's gotta look good to your average "street tuner".

Not hating, just sharing my opinion, Crazy respect for the craftsmanship. Won't find anything much cleaner than that. Serious Props goes out to Matt.

but really imo the car looks a million times better in person. if you havent ever seen it in person its hard to judge how great the fenders are. and yeah its fast. i have always been in love with this car i can remember when matt got it and it was a bunch of different colors. then it was rattle can black for a long time and now its gorgeous. i really love evreything about it. but honestly if it were up to me i would have left the old wheels on it but its still looks amazing

I don't believe you know what you're talking about. Have you ever seen this car in person? I have. I'm not saying that a cage in a car that sees track use is bad. I am saying that the cage in this car is overdone. It is a show car, with a show cage, and show everything. I don't want to talk ****, so I'll leave it at that.

PS. how much power a car makes doesn't dictate whether it deserves a cage... how the car is used dictates that.

Because aaron cake, the resident badass of the FC forum, deems that any thread not asking how to turbo an NA FC or how to cure the 3800rpm hesitation on an FC is "technical" enough and moves it.

I dont need to see a car in person to know what I am talking about, thanks. you do not know what was in the guy's head when he took this project on. For all we know, he could have intended it to be a car that showcases his handywork, but also gets brought to the track every now and then. hell, you have to admit that even the average ricer tries to race his car. OBVIOUSLY I know that the use dictates what is needed, champ--but that car could have just as easily been intended to pull double duty. Oh, and sorry, but that interior is not show ANYTHING. It is gutted--race seat, no carpet, no windows, accessories, nothing. just looking at the interior and nothing else, all it looks like is a purpose-built track car. It is obvious that a lot of weight was taken out--not what a show car has. Equally obvious is that it has no creature comforts--last time I knew, it was the new thing to bling out the interior too--LCD tv screens in the visors or dash, etc etc etc....killer sound systems....this car has NONE of these. How can that be considered just a show car? Let's face it--most tuners today want a car that they can drive and be at least somewhat comfortable in--many keep their a/c and stereo, or power windows....this car had the sunroof and windows REMOVED....the dash REPLACED FOR WEIGHT SAVINGS....gimme a break already

funny thing--seeing the car is what you claim I would need to understand, yet you did see this car, and you didnt understand any of those points....hmmmm.....thanks for the info, pal.
