GB Status: Open

As requested by many fellow FC owners, we are now gathering interest to see if there is still enough demand in the Odula style undersides for OEM sideskirts. We are also thinking about replicating the OEM sideskirts if we get enough interest since the OEM sides require those unique mounting clips that must also be replicated. We will need enough interest in these OEM sides to make it worth the effort and time for us to custom produce the clips.

We need at least 15 orders to make this happen. We will order the originals and upgrade this thread to official GB thread once we get 5 deposits. We will then start our production once 15 deposits are received.

Deposit required is $100 and you can send it via paypal to sales@jklre.com

We will be offering the Odula style undersides in both FlexFiber and CF. Prices will depend on amount of demand and should be around the following:

FlexFiber: $200-250 + shipping
CF: $420-480 + shipping

Actually, we are collecting deposits now. We are going to order the originals from Japan once we receive 5 deposits. Then we will start our production process as soon as 15 deposits are received. So the earlier everyone sends in their deposit, the faster this GB will progress.

 

What happens if we cant get 15 ppl, but the 5 deposits in? Will the GB still be a go?

 

If we are off by lots of orders, then we will refund the deposits and sell off the originals then close the GB. If we are only off by couple orders, then we will just go ahead and start the production. This is still too early to decide what exactly we will do and how long we will keep this GB open. So hope we will not have to close this GB eventually due to lack of interest. So spread the words and lets get this rolling!

It depends on how soon we can get the interest together. It usually takes at least 2-4 weeks to get the originals from Japan depending on how and where we source them. Assuming we get 15 interest by the time the originals arrive, it then takes 2-3 weeks to get the sample units produced and test fitted. All these are assuming no unexpected delays or problems occuring.

i will be in for 1, maybe 2 sets. i won't have the deposit until jan-feb though probably.

 

My guess is that we won't be seeing completed pieces until Mid February - May?

This will determine whether I'll buy the CF or Flex-fiber version.

These pieces would set my car off, I've got alot wheel and tire, and nothing to compensate!
