As many of you may have seen or heard about the DHL incident we experienced with our FC S5 lip GB. We are still extremely sorry to the buyers who got damaged lip during that GB. To avoid these issue and still keep the shipping cost down, we decided to go with UPS for this 99 spec lip GB. Hopefully, UPS will have a better service quality.

The fact is UPS is about $20 more expensive but we do not want to push all the excessive cost onto the customers since this is sort of a late announcement. So what we will do is to increase the shipping for $10 to cover the cost and we will pay for the rest.

yeah, I know how everyone feels, we also hate waiting but the fact is these production takes time. So hopefully the factory can finish the products within this week as they promised so we can start shipping them out next week. Again, we do apologize if all the waiting time makes you anxious.

Update:
Just checked with the factory today since I am getting a little impatient too. There is a minor delay due to three lips not passing the final quality check. So they will make three more and then pack the entire shipment for freight pick up. Their new projected date of completion is next Tuesday. So the latest the package will be picked up by the Freight company should be next Thursday.

Again, we know everyone is getting a little tired of waiting so we will keep in contact with the factory daily to make sure everything is on schedule. Thank you again for your patience and understanding!

Sorry about the late update.

Yes, everything will be done within today and the freight pick up is scheduled for this Friday. So we are expecting to receive the entire shipment by the end of next week if there is no delay from the freight side. Again, we appreciate everyone's understanding and patience!
