Pink FC3S Heathen and Owner
Hello, RX7 Club!
My nickname is Chuck, or if your family Chaz (Chazzy for my Mom). I don't know how well this maybe received, but without even taking my FC3S for a spin even once I am tossing the 13b and putting in a 1.5jz or 2jz (2jz-ge sitting on the floor now, but looking at sourcing a 1jz-gte vvti for the turbo bits, and well, vvti; or 2jz-gte if I get a decent deal on one.) and r154. Why, you may ask... it came with the Tech2 kit and I'm much more comfortable with pistons then rotors.
Car goals:
1. Finish the car before the end of 2013... (it's already been sitting for 8 months.)
2. Drift, Touge and generally have fun with it.
3. Not break it, but as they say, "It's all fun and games till *something breaks".)
Reason for joining and aspirations:
1. Knowledge: (tossing the problem child rotors and putting in something familiar pistons, so anything body/suspension related is a relative unknown for me.
2. Parts, if I can't find them here in the land of the rising sun, well maybe you guy's have them.
3. Meet and greets: I know there are more of you Okinawa members out there. Curfew sucks but for us Civilians it's great.
I'm not a noob to cars or even mazda's, but if I give you some advice about rotors tell me to STFU and go stand in the corner, while the big boys talk.
If you have questions send them my way.
