Newbie Here. ALA-FREAKIN-BAMA!
Hey guys,
Just joined. I guess the whole reason is to scope out an FD. (hehehehe and then months down the road, knowing me, another FC)
I guess you could say I'm getting "back into" the rotary scene. Just sold my fully built 2001 Lightning.
Anways, I'm not entirely new to the subject. Used to have an 87 Base and an 88 T-II. My best buddy still has HIS T-II that we rolled in through High School. Being that we both drooled and fantasized about an FD, it's freakin TIME!
So yeh, in Alabama (FROM Massachusetts.....yes I got that funny accent from the departed). I live in Daphne, which is half way between Mobile and Gulf Shores. If you're near me, hit me up; I'm always game to meet more motorheads and go to hangouts. Hell if you ride too, give me a shout as well (got a Streetglide......... and YES crotch rocket guys, it can hang with one!).
Well, good being on here. Look forward to getting some good ideas, meeting some people, getting advice, and most of all (which every one of us needs from time to time) HELP during mechanical crises! (forums have saved me a LOT of excessive swearing and tool throwing over the years)

Well, Sean, good luck on the search, then! You're definitely want to do a lot of reading on what to look for before you dive into FD territory...they can be worse than yer normal finicky rotary car, that's for sure and a lot more expensive.
