Hey name is Kyle. Hopefully within the next few weeks I'll be picking up a JDM 89 turbo II as my next build. First rotary so god have mercy on my soul.

PLANS would be a BN sport replica kit, paint it blue, GT wing on the back (probably garage BB if i cant find a better one I like), gutted and caged interior with racing buckets and 5 points. engine will stay conservative for now, around 250whp or less

You will love the car, maintain it properly, don't cheap out on parts, and you will have a happy running rotary.
