Arrow Mazdafarian from Norway

Hi, my name is Øyvind (with an Ø) from Norway.

I've had my FC for just over three years now, and probably lurked here even longer than that. But as I'm about to start doing some serious work to it, I though I'd finally sign up and get this pesky introduction stuff overwith...

I can't quite remember when or how I found out I wanted an RX-7, but I've wanted one for as long as I can remember being interested in cars.

My baby was already somewhat modded when I got her. Street port, FCD, 720 secondaries and a bigger fuel pump. Also a 3" downpipe and midpipe. Oddly enough behind the 3" pipe replacing the cat, it's Stock. So instead of a catback, it has a Y-front... or something... Probably helps keeping it from boost creeping?
Also lowered with IdunnoWhatKind (tm) springs, and KYB adjustable shocks.

It also had an alright enough GP Sports body kit installed, and a delicious Sonic Blue paint job. Well, the colour is delicious. The actual paint job is less than stellar.

My plans from here on out include a Haltech brain, opening up the exhaust, an intercooler and a Stage 4 BNR job on the turbo. In addition, I'm getting some new wheels. Which ones exactly won't be shared until they're on the car.

At some point, I also hope to get her repainted and in OEM+ dressing.

In addition to this love of my life, I also have a mistress on the side.
She's an HC Mazda 929 3.0 V6. Ideally I'd like to give her some love too, but she'll have to wait on the sideline 'till the RX is "done".

Welcome, Øyvind!

We would like to see some pictures of your FC. By the way: I don't think that RX-7 projects are ever "done".

Why'd you think i put the quotation marks around "done"?

Of course. Pictures!

Fitment could be better, and it will.

Door cover off for months after changing door handle. And my 6'3" friend in the BACK!

Interior shot on a rainy day.

Back in '09, this was the sight that met me at work. First day back from holiday, and my dream car appears outside my job??? Yes, it's a 20b one.

And finally, my fling on the side, just before finishing up the panda paint job I gave her (rear bumper is black too now).
