Just a Mazda enthusiast from SoCal
Name: jonathan
Car: 2007 mazdaspeed3. First car was a '91 miata, then a '03 mazdaspeed protege. Had an accident in the MSP, then started looking for a FC, but got the MS3 instead.
I ride too. Got a 2011 CBR250R and a 2002 R1
Started thinking more and more about getting an FD after graduating or even sooner, we'll see how it goes.
I've actually been registered on these boards since '04 but never posted anything because I never had saved up to actually get an RX-7. I'm also a member of MOCC (the Mazda Owner's Club of California)

Nice. I was trying to get an '08 but couldn't get approved for a loan, so I got the 250R instead haha. I was considering getting my old miata back from my cousin and swapping in an LS, but I've always wanted an RX-7 after sitting in on a test drive with my dad when I was 7.
It's fun, and practical. I use it as my local commute bike. Gets pretty good mileage considering I pretty much go WOT everywhere I go the R1 is better suited to longer commutes
Here's a pic of the stable
