im thinking about selling my 2000 VW GTI and going for a FD.
how is it going? it would be my first rotor as well.

I'd reccomend not going with a Haltech unless you are doing an engine swap. For a 2 rotor, the Power FC is your best option.

you may also want to look at using an AEM, they work well on the FD and they stage big injectors nicely

and i'm sure you being a supra guy you should have some experience with AEM

some Haltech's will creep timing and the Power FC is more user friendly

if i had the cash would love an fd....till then i play with my fc and keep dumping money into it......further delaying my chances of saving for an fd pshewwwww
