AZ Introduction, New Member

My name is David, I have a 1985 GSL, original owner, silver w/red interior.
I would like to ressurect it, it was parked about 9 years ago and has not been started since, 125K. Almost everything is original, glass and lights even: usual new parts, brakes, clutch and cylinders, fuel pump. Took excellent care of it over the years. More to follow, live in Phx AZ

The perfect car!
Lube the rotors apex seals with plugs removed, use marvel mystery oil. Change the fluids, add plugs, fire that baby up. Probably gonna need a carb rebuild and fuel tank cleaning. Have fun!

I got mine with almost identical description last summer.

If I lube up the seals, how long will I need to wait so they are fluid again?
I have heard of them breaking when dry. Definitely new gas and oil, figured on rebuilding the carb. I was using a qt of Duralube with oil changes prior to parking; only used Castrol oil also with regular 3-5000 mile chnages.
Thanks, it is a fun car.............
