Hello all. As you can see I joined a while back. I've had an FB project with my dad for years now. Its basically stalled for about the last 5 years but hopefully in just a few more weeks ill be wrenching on it again. It's an 84 GSL-SE, or will be. The body is a GSL i think from somewhere warm and dry down south (cant remember exactly where anymore). Its completely spotless. Also had a few parts cars in the past, so it will be a GSLSE in the end, hopefully with a nice motor in it.
Haven't decided exactly what to do for that...im thinking some sort of mild port and I've always wanted to fool around with a megasquirt computer ever since a few of my friends with suzuki swift GTs (this is going back a few years) were doing it.
I also own an 04 RX8. Bought it about 5 months ago after starting a new job at the local mazda dealer about 6 months ago as an apprentice. I really love my 8 and i have plans for it as well. Just last week i installed Swift Sport Mach springs and Tokico Dspec dampers. And hopefully soon some sway bars too.
Anyways, i hope i learn as much here as i have on rx8 club. also made some good friends over there and we've had some awesome cruises/events so far. hope to get some of that here as well as pick up some odds and ends for my 7 (hopefully a glass roof and black interior, i know im dreaming. I passed up a glass roof about a year ago that was local and i've been kicking myself ever since).

Hey, im from guelph. and yeah, i've been posting on alot of different forums, especially over the winter. I got the 8 just before the winter, and its kept me inside the hole time. lol. When i used to drive a lancer i would be all over ontario going to winter rallys to spectate or even take part in some navigational rallies (took second place at the northern lights rally in 2007, thank you very much). I've really needed something to do in my downtime, so i put on about 10 extra pounds playing on the computer on forums all winter. haha.
