Hello, new to the rx7 club forum... Big rotary fan here!
Hello folks, My name is Mike and I just signed up today... I have a 1979 SA22C Series 1 rx7 with 47k documented original miles. It has always been a Nevada car so it is free of rust and so well preserved that even the cadmium plated parts in the engine bay still look new! This car is special in that it has all of the GS options and everything the car came with new e.g. All documentation, both sun roof panels (steel and glass) with original bag, original alloy spare tire/wheel, am/fm radio w/ power antenna, factory A/C , 5 spd manual trans, limited slip differential, remote engine oil cooler and rear window louvers.
The car runs and drives like it did in 1979.... the interior is near perfect and the engine bay as well, I have never seen a gen 1 rx7 that has survived as well as this car. Other than some minor body work, this is a concourse level car. The body has a dent in the rear passenger side quarter and there are some other small dings in the car. I am putting it out there to see if you could help me determine a value for this survivor that has huge potential to be a valuable vintage sports car. I am attaching some pics....please let me know what you think.
