hello

hi everyone my name is oscar, im new to the mazda game. i just picked up an 89 turbo2. i always wanted one of these cars. i stay mostly in the silver spring area, and had to leave the honda game after i had 2 cars stolen, so im not a complete noob, but alot of the things about the 7 are new to me; rwd, torque. the people here seem cool and i wanna learn as much as i can

Hey man, welcome to the Club.

Good thing you caught the rotary fever and left those Hondas behind. You made a wise choice. There is a ton of info on here, everything that you could possibly need to know about RX7's is here, every swap, every mod has been done and documented on this forum. Or close to it.

What kind of shape is your car in? Pics?

Hay nice to meet you. Im new to the forum as well. But i have had rotarys for years now. I have a 83 that I am doing a 13b bridgeport turbo swap. look for me I should have pics and hp# soon.

MD my car pics



this is her pretty side, on the other side the clear coat is peeling. it has 71xxx miles, the interior is pretty clean, just like any 20+ year old car its got a couple of little problems specialy when it comes to switches ie. wipers and pass. window motor. pretty soon its gonna be painted white, let me know what ya think

Nice 7 man. Looks like a great car to start with. 70,xxx is not bad at all as far as these cars, often you find them for sale with double that mileage and looking a lot worse for the wear than yours.
