Chris from Ottawa, ON
Hi, I'm Chris from Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
It started back in 2006, I was finishing up 9th grade, and heard there was another Fast and Furious movie coming out. But, this time it was in Japan, to be precise, in Tokyo; a place where I had dreamed to visit since I was 3 or 4. You can blame the Tokyo Tower appearing in various animes during my childhood for that.
When the movie came out, I was already a Trans-Am fan, because my brother had owned various models throughout the years. I always liked Japanese cars, and the Skyline was also a favorite of my brother, but couldn't afford it. So, we would just spend hours looking at the pictures online, hoping one day we would win the lottery. I was looking into celicas before watching the movie.
When I saw the movie, I was entirely captivated by the cars being showed, the pretty women, the many things to do in Tokyo, and how the Yakuza dominated the place. Yikes, don't mess with them.
But, as soon as I saw Han standing in the parking lot with his Veilside Fortune RX-7 S6, it was love at first sight.
From that day onward, I dedicated myself to saving up money for an RX-7. However, as the years progressed, that money I had saved up ($4,600) was used towards university, and now I have to start from square one.
Good thing too, I started browsing this forum a while ago, could never register for some reason, and then I linked my facebook and the problem was over.
There are some very valuable tips to be had here, and from those tips I will build a [strike] good [/strike] god car.
Is low mileage 44,000 km for a '94? The best year for the third generation be would 95? I'm not interested in the 4th gen 300hp stock engine.
I'm very curious, whatever happened to Icemark?
Thanks,
Big Boss

How did he die? Motor-related?
There was one going for $7,300 a few days ago, but I didn't have the money to pay for it lol. Damn, I even thought it was a great deal.
And it wasn't RHD. Pretty sweet.
It was bought, unfortunately. I was holding off for a moon roof, but it looks like it had one.
These RX-7s in Ottawa are getting pretty scarce, ever since RX-7 Heaven was closed.

Kind of off topic but saw your username and had to post in your thread. Wasn't sure if it was a MGS reference but after seeing ur avatar, it answered my question. By the way what do you mean by the 4th gen rx7?
