1983 Mazda Rx7 Owner
Hello to All!
My name is Lee. I am from the Philippines and I currently own a well maintained 1983 Mazda Rx7.
The reason why I joined this club is to get insights and tips from professionals and Rx7 enthusiasts in restoring my Rx7 to its original state.
The car is in good, running condition, very well maintained. Looks great internally and externally. I will upload more pictures ASAP.
However, I cannot help but think that the car can run faster and better. So I am reaching out to the Rx7club community to help me put the pieces of the Rx7 puzzle together so I can get the car to the standard of performing like it was brand new.
The car is now a collectors item and I believe I am the only one in the Philippines with this well maintained Rx7. So restoring it to its original state would only make it a winner.
The difficulty here in the Philippines is finding a mechanic that knows the in's and out's of a Rotary engine and it's specifics. I do have the manuals but it just isn't the same as having a Rx7 expert handle the car. Unfortunately, I am not on those experts. I wish I was.
So I hope to hear thoughts and tips from other members of this club as I post photos and threads regarding my concerns, to help restore my Rx7 to its original state and o keep it at mint condition (Original all around).
I will also participate and be an active member of this club.
Thank you and best to All,
Lee
