well that just said it all what is the wider tire that can be used with a 18x10 wheels 275 285 or even 295 the fenders will not b a problem since the vertex ridge is on the way.

what do you mean with running with very litle problems?

 

There is a chance if you're running that tire up front with no flares that you will rub. I had to ever so slightly roll my fenders running 265/35's.

Good to meet you too Vic. We didn't head back after all. Just drove around for a while and called it a day. I'll make it out to another meet when there's more cruising involved and less sitting around. I get impatient too quickly haha.

 

no im refering to the rear wheels i was cheking the nitto web site and says that with 10 inch wide wheels you can run from 275 to 305 tires so i gues that i can run a 285 or 295 easily .
in the front i will be putting 255 or 245 tires.

 

It all depends on the aspect ratio. The "perfect" size tire for that wheel in FD tire diameters is 285/30. Some tire manufacturers may allow for a 295/30 18 tire for a 18x10.

 

well im particulary interest in the nitto tires tey perform awesome i have the first nitto nt555 on mi civic and is by far the best tire ill have in my cars,so now i want the new series nt 555r or the r2 for a long lasting tire but yes i thing i will go with the 285 tires the 305 i thing will be a little of to much.
