What sort of width do these kits add to the car?
I really would like to get the Amemiya AD-GT kit for my race car, but I'm not sure if it's wide enough.
I need a kit which adds about 25mm each side at the front and 30mm each side at the rear, so I can keep my Volk CE28N's tucked in!
Any ideas anybody?

I've been feeling a little too cocky lately, so I'll say something that should bother somebody on this thread and cause them to flame me sufficiently to lose some of this cockiness. Help me out guys?
I think 99% of all body kits actually do look like ***. Not sure if they look like absolute *** or not. But clearly, to me, they look bad enough -- in a negative way, the more traditional use of the word "***" -- for it to be noted that they look like *** or at least asnine. Most of these kits need "wiping".
These kits generally look like something designed by the entire pre Bob Lutz Pontiac designers who stuck pieces of plastic body-cladding to make the cheap Pontiac crap of the mod 90's look interesting to someone.
The burnout kit is so nicely done that I have to say I kind of like it. But that's it for me and I would never even consider that one, since I am not prepared to lose my top speed to drag coefficients of .35-.40 or so. I assume that everyone who goes with these kits are therefore most interested in looking good and having people know they spent 20-30,000 on some body-cladding and that they are cool. Can't be interested in performance and obviously don't understand design very well.
I think I agree with the OP. These kits are absolute ***...

To be perfectly honest, the majority of the time when i'm in my car i'm just cruising down the highway on my way to work or somewhere else. The ultimate performance package and drag coefficients are really entering my mine at that point. Most owners aren't doing anything with their cars where making it less slippery is going to make a bit of difference to them.
This is a hobby so there are a million ways to enjoy it and not everything suits everyone's taste. I can appreciate the level of work that goes into certain things without necessarily agreeing with the stylistic direction. Some of your previous/current interior work falls into this category. Good job, quality work, not totally in love with some of the styling. I do agree that 99% of the widebody kits do look terrible, but i think you also have to understand the target audience.

widebodykits are meant for race car application. many of them in the GT class. They look like *** especially because people use them for street or show application with solid color scheme and clean body trying to look elegant. Where they were meant to look good with multi color matching paint and stickers all over the car.
Pan Speed widebody is pretty nice. but if you have only clean single color body overall and no stickers, it'll look like *** as well
BTW, scoot 4 rotor FD is not considered widebody. nor fender flares like feed. those are not wide enough
