who knows how to repair scratches and rips in vinyl and plastic?

I need to know what is an effective way of repairing some scratches on my rear bins and a couple of tears in some vinyl on the inside. I am wondering if anyone knows a good way to fix these and make it look good again. if it helps I have the tan interior on a 93 fd. thanks to anyone that can help.
