Looks like the canards are Leg Sport, but not the lip—they don't make one.

 

I think that lip is a uras or RE lip. check RHDjapan.com im pretty sure that lips on their.

 

Sorry to hijack but who makes the wheels. I'm liking those.

FYI, RHD Japan doesn't list any lips for the FD.
