Question Swapping Car seats to other car models...

Being there is no "Car seat" forum for me to ask such a general question, I thought I'd ask here:

Is there a way/rule to find out if you can swap seats from car to car?

I have a leather equipped G2 Integra with poor front leather seats (Tan) and just got a nice FD with pretty good mint leather seats (Tan as well!).

It'd be cool, given the car has a roll bar and wiring harness (FD) to perhaps get nice aftermarket seats for the Rx7 and put the Rx7's leather seats in the Integra (Instead of buying seats for the Integra, which is just a DD, and doesn't "deserve" racing seats or junk..)

I wouldn't know for sure, but I would guess the FD seats would indeed fit in the TEG. Most seats do not fit in the FD because they are usually too big, which means FD seats are quite small.

Thanks.

Other than size, I guess my question were about the rails and such...being I've never taken a seat out/off before, I was wondering if I'd have to do some re-fab to make the Rx7 seats fit, or something...

I'll check under both cars soon I suppose

Take out the teg seats and rails. Then take out the FD and rails. Surely your new seats will come with new ones. Then drill the FD rails into ur teg. Problem solved.
