Rockford Fosgate wiring kit ISSUES. WHAT is this.

im hooking up my amp with a rockford fosgate wiring kit and am having difficulty figuring out the thingee near the battery.... for some reason its keeping the electricity split. can anyone tell me what the case is?


this piece of plastic is holding the wire apart

yea the pics are terrible... my camera battery was litterally dying as i took those. better ones soon.

no its not a place for a fuse... its a plastic thing that surrounds two metal connectors.

i have rockford amps in my truck and what you got there has to be the fuse holder that came with my wiring kit. i'll take a pic of mine tommorow if you'd like.

maybe it is the fuse holder. my camera will be charged, ill post pixs around midnite.

are you saying a fuse is physically supposed to go in there?

yeah the fuse that your supposed to use is cylinder shaped. your wiring kit should have come with 2 of them if you got it new. i'll take a pic of mine tommorow so you get a better idea.
