Actually, this is a road going version of that kit. You would probably have to call RE for a price and availability though.

Custom would be a lot, you'd need the original kit first to make a mold. Molds = a lot too.

If your really that interested in getting that exact kit or atleast as close as possible to it, then your best bet would be to contact RE-Amemiya, but my guess is that you'll need A LOT of money. If you're really serious about it, then good luck.
