you doing TB's as well? I had mine done last year by TTT, but I have a buddy looking for a UIM and TB that he can either buy or exchange, since his car is a daily driver.

I had everything but the alternator (Turbo's not mine, it was being used as a template...mine's polished) done for $350.00.
That was rotor housings, throttle body, UIM, LIM, front cover, water pump...everything.
I'll get the contact info. The guy's in Dallas (Rowlett).

wow guys, all your polished stuff looks VERY nice - I know how much of a PITA it can be, too...working on my gf's 240SX right now, and both of our arms are pretty sore.
ianewk - would really appreciate that guys info, doing it by hand takes waaaaaay too long, and Dallas isn't a very far drive from here.

If you wanna hook everyone up with his info feel free.
There are plenty of guys that need polishing to go around.

I think with this guy you'd have to go through Marvelspeed and they've got more stuff going on than they know what to do with. You can give them a call and ask them, but I wouldn't count on it. Sorry if I got everyone's hopes up. When I go pick up the car I'll ask if the guy will work direct.
It's all in the lighting brutha
I'll let you all know what I find out next week.

are you talking about the conse they sell for dremels? I tried using that and it was pretty tough trying to keep the pressure of the dremel steady...Seemed to me like it did more harm than good (pits that is)

hey, fd3boost, would you like to do my LIM/TB/UIM?
i need to get them done, i have a set of UIM/TB/LIM i am willing to trade for the labor....
so you'd polish my LIM/UIM/TB and you'd get to keep an extra set of them
