plug and play headlight kits

are any headlight kits truly plug and play, i.e, no drilling, cutting, fabricating?

whats the lighting like on the C-west kits? I heard its not very good. I was eventually thinkin of going C-west with some HID kit or something, but I have been reading that u cant put HIDS in a c-west kit due to the odd shapes of the catz lighting systems...NE one have solutions to this problem?
