the car is hot, but i don't know about that wing. i'm a fan of GT-wings, but on an M3, it looks really out of place.

my car is silver right now but the clear coat is slowly coming off and there's nothing i can do. the paint doesnt even shine up it. right now im looking at either painting it the m3 blue or keeping it silver.

IMO, stay with the stock color.

Unless it's a show car, I don't really care for repainting cars to a different color.

I wouldn't go with pale yellow because it'll look like you have a faded CYM.
The stock SSM is a really nice color.... waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better than MB
You would definitely be saving money as well by not having to "fully" repaint the car.

....OR go spirit R gunmetal/gray

Hey, a MB FD is better than no FD at all!

The main problem with MB is that it shows fading a lot sooner than the other colors. However a freshly painted MB FD looks extremely nice. I can't remember the member that just got their MB FD repainted but it looked nice as hell!

I like the darker BMW blue more than that Laugna color.

Well, if it's going to be a show car, you should look into the flashy Kandy or Kameleon colors. Show cars usually need something to get them "noticed".

If you search the forum for "kandy" or "chameleon" or "kameleon" you'll find several examples like here:

https://www.rx7club.com/forum/showth...threadid=35373

https://www.rx7club.com/forum/showth...threadid=79050

There are many more, just search and you'll get plenty of ideas.

Are you ripping the car apart and doing it the right way (since you are planning on changing the color)?

i like those dupont colors on OTHER cars. the FD doesnt need the extra flash.

i do not have an exact color suggestion but i will offer some observations that might point you in the right direction. dark colors show off the over all form, its hard to see the cutlines and subtle surface cuts such as that front fender vent. the color also blends with the window glass, thus graphically the car becomes one big blob. for the FD its a nice blob. lighter colors show off cutlines, and empahsize the c pillars. light cars don't show horizon lines too well. ahh pros and cons, you gotta love em.
