Opinion on seat covers for my FD from leatherseats.com
I am ordering my leather seats from LeatherSeats.com today. My car is a black 94. I kind think its odd that mazda has all black in the car except the seats and carpet. At least the 93 looks "normal" by having tan doors and plastic pieces, etc. So for 579.00 I can get new seat covers that look identical to OEM but are supposed to be better quality. I am stuck on two options. First I plan to paint the outside of my car at some point but I have not decided what color (either CYM, redo in black, or Innocent Blue Mica) That is what makes me want to get solid black seats instead of two toning. What is cooler a black car with solid black interior or two tone seats? Since I don't know what color I want to do exterior I am thinking solid black. Next point, I am STRONGLY considering the Suede inserts. for $100 more I can get Suede inserts on my seats. They said its suede reinforced with synthetic so it wears the same as seats. I had a miata 10 AE that came with blue faux suede inserts and I kinda liked it. Any opinions?

I think the suede looks good, but never had it so can't say how it keeps up.
A black/grey look would be nice in your car, in fact thats what I'm considering for my Montego Blue, which I'll probably have repainted navy or slate blue some day.
But I think if your really going to get innocent blue someday, then single black would be better with that and still look great with a black car.

I have tan seats from www.sure-fit.com and I love em! You may want to check out thier site as an alternative.... Just another option. I say definitely go solid black.
