need some recommendation on audio equipment, and ? on deck fitment
lets start with the deck,
first, I have made a custom sheetmetal center console cover, so I will be mounting the deck to this peice of sheetmetel, what do I need to mount a standard deck to this metal?
second, Im looking for a deck that is really simple to use, I cant stand all sorts of rediculous lights and controls.
Volume, basic tone control, two or three RCA outputs, one RCA input (so I can hook up my laptop and play MP3 playlists, something that can run a pair of amplifiers, one for speakers, one for a sub.
suggest a good deck for this
third, the amps,
Im plan to run Infinity component 6.5 in the front, with 3-way 6.5s in the back, the sub will probably be a infinity kappa perfect 12.
what amp or amps would you suggest to run with this setup.
thanks in advance.

Look into Nakamichi's CD-400. Might be a little elegant for your FB, but it is a great (relatively) inexpensive SQ oriented source unit w/ 3 RCA outputs, and is spartan looking. About ~$325.
As for amps, you could go in a lot of different directions. If you want something good and inexpensive, look into Planet Audio, U.S. Acoustics, and Crossfire - all reliable accurate power.
I would recommend you forego the rear 3-ways. Just get the 6.5" component set and the sub. ~80% of what you hear will be coming from the front, and with the sub booming in the trunk, trust me, you just won't hear the rears, if at all, just minimally. Save your money and forget about them.
